Prof. Dr. Rosa Maria Vicari
Holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Coimbra. Full Professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). UNESCO consultant at the Ministry of Education. Her research focuses on multi-agent systems, intelligent tutoring systems, computer science education, and distance learning. She coordinates the UNESCO Chair in ICT for Latin America.

Dr. Christian Brackmann
Holds a PhD in Informatics in Education from UFRGS. Professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology Farroupilha (IFFar). Currently pursuing a postdoctoral research in Artificial Intelligence in Education. UNESCO consultant at the Brazilian Ministry of Education. Co-author of the Reference Curriculum in Technology and Computing (CIEB) and coordinator/validator of Brazil’s national K–12 Computer Science curriculum standard.

Dr. Lucas Eishi Pimentel Mizusaki
Holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, a master's degree in Applied Computing, and a PhD in Informatics in Education. Professor at the Federal University of Pampa (Unipampa). Works in the areas of educational technology, educational robotics, and teacher training.
